Performance
The A6 is powered by two engine options. The base model is a 261-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder, and the other is a 335-hp turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6. Both powertrains use hybrid technology with a 12- or 48-volt alternator.
As for the Allroad, this model exclusively uses the 335-hp turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 engine. Both models come standard with a seven-speed automatic transmission and Quattro all-wheel drive. And according to the Allroad, it gets about 26 mpg on the highway. And the four-cylinder engine gets about 32 mpg on the highway.
Interior/Technology
There are several differences between the A6 and A6 Allroad. But where they're similar is their cabin and technology. Both models offer leather seats and a gorgeous trim around the dash and doors. Both models have a 10.1-inch display, navigation, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and onboard Wi-Fi. All models also feature Audi's Virtual Cockpit digital gauge.
Both models also offer decent capacity for the cargo area. The A6 holds about six carry-on bags, and the A6 Allroad holds nine. But both models can carry about 20 bags when the seats are down.
