Powertrain
The new Q8-etron is powered by a 106-kWh battery pack and an electric motor attached to each axle. This setup allows the Q8 e-tron to output 355 horsepower and 414 pound-feet of torque. And when Sport mode is engaged, that output can be boosted to 402 hp and 490 lbs.-ft of torque.
According to Audi, the towing capacity for this model will be 4,000 pounds. And it will be able to be recharged from 10%-80% in 31 minutes using a 170-kW DC Fast Charger. For a complete recharge using a 9.6 kW home charger, Audi stated it would take 13 hours.
Exterior
The overall look for the Q8 e-tron has been updated and offers several new changes. There's a new two-dimensional logo, LED headlights, and grille. The aerodynamics have also been adjusted, so now the Q8 e-tron produces less drag. This is thanks to newly designed wheels, a larger spoiler, and the redesigned fascia and grille.
Interior
While the exterior may differ, the interior has remained unchanged, but that's okay. Just like before, the interior will be high-tech and luxurious. Its features include heated front power seats, a panoramic sunroof, natural wood trim, and leather seating.
